He received his professional degree as a Plastic Surgeon Oncologist at the Pontificia Javeriana University, Colombia, and became a practicing surgeon at the National University of Colombia. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Reconstructive Microsurgery (MRM) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona.
Dr. Carlos has also dedicated his time to mastering breast reconstruction and reconstructive surgery for cancer at the National Cancer Institute in Colombia.
